PRE-K

The preschool years are often marked by large increases in creativity and self-expression. Parents may notice an uptick in artwork and creative expression. Preschoolers are also curious about everything that they see and hear.

This is a great time for caregivers to encourage imagination and teach social skills to help them adapt to a new environment filled with other kids. The world is growing for preschool kids and it’s important for them to have encouragement and opportunity to explore their world and build relationships with others. This is also an ideal time for children to engage in learning centers for math, science, dramatic play, music, and creative art to provide opportunities to balance both shared and independent learning experiences.
